Educational Management

The Principal is the School's educational leader, who is responsible to the Board for the day to day management of the school for children aged 0 to 12 years, supervision of the teaching staff including professional development, and all supporting policies, procedures and administration.

Each site has a Senior Directress/Director as well as Pre-Primary Authorised Supervisor to assist the Principal in the day-to-day management of the staff, children and general matters at the site.

In line with Montessori philosophy and practice, Northside Montessori School offers a nine-year program of pre-primary and primary education.  Whilst your child is enrolled in the school, the first three years are spent in 3-6 class, which includes the Kindergarten year.  The subsequent six years correspond to Years 1 - 6 in the NSW primary curriculum, comprising 3 years in each of 6-9 and 9-12 classes.

Together providing each child with Montessori education in harmony with life.
