After School Care

FOR 4.9 to 12 YEAR OLDS

3:00 PM TO 5:45 PM

Monday to Friday

AT NORTHSIDE

The children will be located within the school using the Multi Purpose room. A healthy afternoon tea will be provided for the children.

Please provide Emergency Contact and Collection details for your child/ren on the Booking Form and advise the office of any changes, in writing, which may occur to this for any particular day. Although the school has your details on the classroom files these are not necessarily readily accessible to After School Care staff and may not be applicable for the After School Care hours.

Fees - Advance Bookings

Advance Bookings are for 4 weeks payment in advance or more

Rate: $16.00 per session. Rate for siblings is $11.00 per session.

Fees - Casual Bookings

Casual Bookings, covers all other bookings

Rate: $23.00 per session. Rate for siblings is $16.00 per session.

Fees - Late Collection

Collection of your child must be promptly at 5:45 pm. For every 5 minutes late an ADDITIONAL COST of $5.00 per 5 minutes will be charged. The reason for this charge is that the staff are only paid to 5:45 pm and there are additional costs to keep the staff after 5:45 pm. Any surcharge must be paid in full prior to the child rejoining After School Care.

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE IN WRITING OR VIA FAX AND PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE TO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE AT THE AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAMME. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR SICK OR ABSENTEE DAYS.

Payment by EFT is preferred or may be made by cash (exact amount only), cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard either in person, by mail/fax or phone.
