MethodPreheat the oven and grease the muffin pans. Thoroughly combine the wet mix ingredients. Combine the dry mix ingredients, then mix thoroughly into the wet mix. Place the mixture in prepared pans. Bake at 200ºC for 20 to 25 minutes. Serving SuggestionsSprinkle the top of the muffins with a mixture of equal parts of brown sugar and spice. These are lovely moist muffins that need little butter and will keep well. Best kept in the refrigerator and warmed before eating.
