Tomato Savory Soup - by Tijmen

3 large tomatoes |
1 tablespoon tomato |

1 small clove garlic |
1/4 cup cold water |
|
1 medium onion |
1/2 cup cooked macaroni |
|
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chicken stock |
|
1 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup cream |
|
2 sprigs winter savory |
|
What to do:
Slice the tomatoes into a saucepan add the onion, garlic, seasonings, water, tomato paste and winter savory.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to an electric blender.
Add macaroni. Cover and blend at high once more. (If you do not have a blender push the soup through a sieve).
