Pancakes - by Joshua

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups Flour

2. Pinch of Salt

3. 2 cup Milk

4. 2 Egg

 

Steps:

1. Add salt to flour

2. Mix the milk and eggs in a separate bowl

3. Stir the milk mixture into the flour - mix until they form a thick batter.

4. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes (2 or 3)

5. Pour a couple of spoons of mixture into a pan, spread it around depending how thick or thin you want it.

6. Wait till it bubbles then flip.

7. Serve with icing sugar and strawberries.
